Also, the P30 has the 'European' style paddles instead of the usual mag release button. The Legion will feel a little more substantial due to the metal frame and for most, is perfect out of the box. The Legion sights are very similar to the Trijicon HDs, but with a green ring up front instead of an orange or yellow ring. The P30 has a polymer frame and will also probably go for at least $200 less than the Legion, but as others pointed out, the stock sights are metal too, luminescent (glow temporarily when hit with light - not ideal for home defense) and not tritium. The P30L is more comfortable in my hand due to the modular back/side panels than the P226, but I still find the Legion comfortable enough and certainly more comfortable than say the P226 MK25 grips.
my only other HK is the VP9 which I like better than the LEM trigger too. I've never shot the standard (v3, I believe) DA/SA P30 so I cannot speak to that trigger.
the light LEM (v1) is an excellent HK trigger IMO, but the SRT trigger on the Legion is much, much better. the P30L was my first pistol purchase at the end of 2014. As you can see I have the P30L (LEM trigger) and the P226 DA/SA Legion both in 9mm.
